Having health insurance is important given the complexity of the surgeries and the potential need for staged reconstructions and surgical revisions.

We are in network with the following insurance companies:

• Anthem Blue Cross of California

• Blue Shield of California*

  • (*We are able to work with most out-of-state Blue Cross Blue Shield plans under these contracts.)

• Cigna

• Kaiser Permanente - Southern California (no new patients currently)

We are out of network with all other insurance companies and are working on gaining in-network status.

 

We can work with most commercial PPO and HMO plans under a single case agreement.  We have had recent success with the following companies:

• Primary Medical Groups under Anthem Blue Cross

• Brown and Toland 

• Kaiser Permanente - Northern California (no new patients currently)
